Leeds Whisky Fest will take over Leeds’ most iconic building on March 25th with masterclasses, bars, food vendors and entertainment set to raise the roof in true Rolling Social style.

Head to the festival bar for highballs and cocktails plus a selection of draft from Camden Town Brewery. Get into the spirit of things with live music from local artists and DJs.

How accessible is the corn exchange?

Leeds Corn Exchange is fully accessible via the front entrance ramp and there is lift access to all floors. There are accessible toilet facilities on the lower ground floor. If you have any other requirements please get in touch with the event organisers.

I’ve never been to a whisky festival before. What does it look like?

Take a look at our social media to get an idea. When you arrive there will be 20 plus stands with a different brand at each one. Each stand will be operated by knowledgeable ambassadors and experts so we encourage you to ask questions! Slightly aside from the main area will be some seating, food vendors and a bar if you need a time out.

Do I need to know a lot about whisky?

Absolutely not! There are plenty of different styles and experts to help you find the right one for you. This is a great way to understand the category as a whole.

What exactly is a ‘sample’ of whisky?

A sample is around 15ml of liquid. Remember there will be over 100 types – it’s a marathon, not a sprint!

Is there water available?

All guests receive bottled water upon entry. Tap and bottled water are available from the bar. We encourage you to remain hydrated.

What do I need to bring with me?

Just your QR/barcode that comes with your e-ticket. It will be scanned upon entry, so either have a printout or it ready on your phone.

Will there be food available?

We will have a local food trader on the day with veggie/vegan options. If you have specific allergen/dietary concerns, please get in touch with the venue organisers. Please note that food is not included in the ticket price.

What is a masterclass?

Our masterclasses are a chance to get a more in-depth talk from the brands. All of them cover different topics and a range of whisky styles. A timetable will be published nearer to the event.

Do the masterclasses cost extra?

No, they are included in the ticket price but are only available to a limited number of guests.

Do I have to book the masterclasses?

Our masterclasses are first come first serve and spaces are limited. Please make sure you queue at least 15 minutes before the class starts to avoid disappointment.

Is there just whisky available?

We also have our bar serving craft beer and cocktails. Soft drinks will also be available.
