Sip Along: Burns Night Whisky Tasting

This January, Rolling Social Events is celebrating Burns Night with an appropriately whisky-soaked Sip Along. Working once again with Latitude Wine and Spirit Merchants, we’ve put together an evening of superb whisky and top tier snacks.

Latitude has succeeded in stocking Yorkshire’s best home-bars, wine-racks, back-bars and wine-lists with only the finest beverages since 2008. Whisky experts from Latitiude will be at the event to provide their unique insight into this unique selection. The team has specifically picked a lineup featuring newer distilleries that are often overlooked.

***Venue Change*** This event will now occur at The Hedonist Bar in Leeds, an award-winning cocktail bar. Ranked in the UK’s Top 50 bars for its 2nd consecutive year.

A guided tasting tour of Scotland through Speyside, the Highlands and the Hebrides.

Speyburn 15 – Speyside with notes of honey, toasted oats and orange peel

Deanston Virgin Oak – Delightfully sweet malt from the Southern Highlands

Raasay Single Malt – Toffee apple-soaked malt from the Isle of Raasay

Glenglassaugh Peated Port Wood – Campfire smoke imbued malt from the Eastern Highlands
